This service will be provided via a computer. It can be done using the customer’s own packaged Accounting System or we can provide a level of service to suit the customer’s needs using our own software.

However the service is provided, it will cost no extra to calculate VAT or to provide simple management accounts. The decision to do this must be made at the outset, however, as it will cost extra to change mid stream.

We are able, within reason to provide whatever information the user requires in whatever format it is required. The simplest system itemises every transaction and analyses it across the usual accounting headings. This will lead to straightforward information being available for the accountant at the business year end.

More complicated situations which we are in the habit of coping with, involve analysing sales figures and providing weekly forecasts of outstanding invoices up to four or five weeks in advance. This particular service can be very useful for planning cash flow.

Whatever your requirements, please contact us to discuss your needs. As each situation is tailored to the customer’s needs, each contract is negotiated separately. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT IT WILL BE EXPENSIVE. We believe that we can give a very competitive price for a high quality service.

We can cope with small payrolls within the above service at no extra charge (say up to three or four people). A small extra charge would have to be made for more people.
